The Space Between - Equinox Mini Retreat. 4-7pm Sunday. Step into The Space Between - a retreat to honour the turning of the season. Held on the cusp of the equinox, this session is an invitation to pause, to feel, and to explore the sacred balance between light and shadow, inhale and exhale, stillness and motion. As summer begins to shift into autumn, we gather in this moment - not to rush ahead, but to prepare with presence. To meet the changing season with intention, breath, and grace. As the Earth finds its point of equilibrium, so too can we. Through grounding yin postures, uplifting yang movement, breathwork (that can be explored and adapted to suit you) and reflection we’ll explore the dance between effort and ease, expansion and release. This is a space to reconnect with your centre, honour transitions, and welcome the new season with presence and intention. Together we will: • Move through energising Yang flow and deeply restorative Yin postures • Conscious Connected Breathwork: Use the breath as a bridge between doing and being, to honour the unfolding - releasing what no longer serves. • Rest in the quiet wisdom of the pause — the moment between what was and what’s to come • Reconnect with your centre, your rhythm, your inner balance Let this be your reset.
