Service Description

Strong - Yoga × Pilates Inspired Strong is a dynamic and empowering class inspired by yoga, Pilates, and Nia’s personal movement journey. Designed to strengthen, sculpt, and support the body, the focus is on feeling strong, energised, confident, and connected. Classes combine power-based postures, repetition, core work, and postural alignment, sometimes using props to enhance muscle engagement and build endurance. Expect to work the whole body while building strength, balance, and flexibility - all within a mindful, somatic, and feel-good approach to movement. Build strength with intention || Empowered mindful movement No previous experience is needed for this class, open to beginners. Come exactly as you are - we grow together.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking, full refunds can only be given if cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. (This is for all classes, workshops and block bookings). If you need to re-schedule a 'drop in' weekly class to a future week you are able to do this up to 24 hours before the class is due to start (this does not include workshops/events or block booking options). It is possible to do this through your online account. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed. Please do contact the studio if anything is unclear. Thank you.
