Service Description
A dynamic twisting ‘Detox Flow’ to kick start your metabolism and enable you to rid the body and mind from unwanted toxins, and start your year in the best possible way. The practice will consist deep twisting, movement, core strengthening, breath work, and relaxation, carefully designed to cleanse your body and mind from the inside out. This detox workshop will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and cleansed. It is a great way to cleanse both physical, emotional and mental toxins after the Holidays and start your New Year light. Stay happy, healthy, and keep your inner fire burning clear and bright. *Please note that this workshop does have a 48 hour non refundable policy unless your space can be filled. 9:30am – 12:30pm

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a booking, full refunds can only be given if cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. (This is for all classes, workshops and block bookings). If you need to re-schedule a 'drop in' weekly class to a future week you are able to do this up to 24 hours before the class is due to start (this does not include workshops/events or block booking options). It is possible to do this through your online account. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed. Please do contact the studio if anything is unclear. Thank you.
