Sunday 2nd June 9 -1.30pm Location: We are back at the beautiful farm this summer. Cardigan, West of Wales. Full address to be sent out after booking. R E T R E A T: being ~ morning retreat time to disconnect in order to reconnect. To replenish, renew and enjoy simply being. The morning will go something like this: start 9am (arrival 8.45am) ~awaken flow for uplifting & energising ~breathwork & meditation ~sauna & cold plunge ~herbal teas, snacks ~space: walking, reading, snoozing, writing. ~grounding yin to close the day. home 1.30pm everything is optional, so if the sounds of the birds are calling and you are craving more space then you are welcome to relax and simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. This morning is truly about listening to your body and taking what you need. £59 There is also an option to pay a £29 deposit with the remainder of £30 to be paid by the 18th May, - please send a message via socials or email to breathe@beyouyogawales.co.uk for bank details to organise this :) Cancelations: due to the nature of this event, we are unable to guarantee any refunds for cancelations after the 15th May, however we will do our best to fill the spot and honour refunds / part refunds wherever possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking, full refunds can only be given if cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. (This is for all classes, workshops and block bookings). If you need to re-schedule a 'drop in' weekly class to a future week you are able to do this up to 24 hours before the class is due to start (this does not include workshops/events or block booking options). It is possible to do this through your online account. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed. Please do contact the studio if anything is unclear. Thank you.
