Welcome to Morning Ritual. Elevate your mornings and start each day with intention. This new mini series is curated to make your mornings more sacred, carving out some time for movement, breath and meditation and more. Each day invites new opportunities, new energy and a blank page. Together we can create the morning of dreams! There will be 5 classes that range between 10 - 45 minutes + 2 bonus meditations. You will also receive a document with journal prompts to inspire some morning writing and playlists to add to the magic. The goal is that we step away from the morning scroll, emails, and conversations taking a little time time for ourselves to begin the day with ease, clarity, vitality and hope. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a booking, full refunds can only be given if cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. (This is for all classes, workshops and block bookings). If you need to re-schedule a 'drop in' weekly class to a future week you are able to do this up to 24 hours before the class is due to start (this does not include workshops/events or block booking options). It is possible to do this through your online account. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed. Please do contact the studio if anything is unclear. Thank you.
