Service Description

Dance for Well-being Wednesdays 1.30pm-2.30pm This class is geared towards participants who like to move at a steady low impact pace with well-being, through dance at its core. Learn dance combinations and routines to improve your posture, co-ordination, strength, and general fitness. Improve your posture and co-ordination, strength, and aerobic capacity; flex your creative muscles; express yourself; boost your physical and mental well-being; have fun! Geraldine has developed a 40-year career working as a dance artist practitioner particularly in the fields of professional development and training, community dance and dance education. She has worked for several key dance organisations in Wales and is currently working as a freelance dance specialist and consultant. She has gained a wide range of experiences across many dance disciplines: choreographer and performer, dance lecturer, teacher, facilitator, and trainer. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking, full refunds can only be given if cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. (This is for all classes, workshops and block bookings). If you need to re-schedule a 'drop in' weekly class to a future week you are able to do this up to 24 hours before the class is due to start (this does not include workshops/events or block booking options). It is possible to do this through your online account. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed. Please do contact the studio if anything is unclear. Thank you.
