We have teamed up with teachers, practitioners & friends at Be You, as well as Rhys Harries Fitness Coaching and Awel Acupuncture (our lovely neighbours) to give you an opportunity to try something new; all designed to open your eyes to fresh experiences of health and wellbeing. Alongside these wonderful sessions, why not take a break and relax in our Health Bar, Be Well, a selection of hot drinks, cold pressed juices and raw cakes will be available to purchase throughout the weekend.
