Thursday 11-12.15 pm NEW Block booking to start from 22nd February - 4 week block Jenny’s ‘Yog-ease’ is an assisted gentle yoga class that considers all bodies and abilities. It offers the benefits of yoga to all, using props such as chairs and walls so that you feel safe and supported at all times. In this special class, I adapt the yoga so it is accessible to every person who comes. I keep the numbers small so that every pose and stretch is guided and tailored to your personal wants and needs. This opens the massive benefits of yoga to you, especially if you have physical limitations or just worry that you are not strong or flexible enough. Alongside helping you to improve your balance and physical confidence, other benefits can be an improved quality of life, mental well-being and reduction in anxiety levels, self-love and compassion, community and support. As well as gently stretching, mobilising and strengthening the body, there will be the added pleasure of breath-work and relaxation. Yog-ease is literally for ‘every body’ - all you need is a body in any form … we’re all different.
If you need to cancel a booking, full refunds can only be given if cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. (This is for all classes, workshops and block bookings). If you need to re-schedule a 'drop in' weekly class to a future week you are able to do this up to 24 hours before the class is due to start (this does not include workshops/events or block booking options). It is possible to do this through your online account. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed. Please do contact the studio if anything is unclear. Thank you.
